What we collect, why, and what you can do about it.
GetFunnelCaked is a one-person consultancy. This policy describes every piece of data the website collects, every third-party service that touches it, and how you can ask us to delete or correct it. Effective .
Who we are
GetFunnelCaked is operated by Jerusha Gray, a sole practitioner based in the United States. The website is getfunnelcaked.com. For any privacy question, write to jerusha@getfunnelcaked.com. We reply within five business days.
What we collect, and when
When you browse the site
If you accept analytics cookies in the consent banner, we collect: page URLs you visit, the page that referred you, your approximate geography (country and region, derived from IP), browser and device type, and timestamps. Your IP address is anonymized before it reaches our analytics servers.
If you reject analytics cookies, none of the above is collected. The site still functions normally.
When you submit the contact form
We collect the name, email address, optional company name, and message you provide. We use this to reply to you. Nothing more.
When you book a call
The "Book a 15-minute call" buttons send you to a scheduling page hosted by Cal.com. We do not see what you type there until you confirm the booking, at which point Cal.com shares your name, email, and the time slot with us by email.
When you buy a diagnostic
Payment is processed by Stripe. We do not collect or store payment card details. Stripe shares your name, email, billing address, and purchase amount with us so we can deliver the work and produce a tax-compliant receipt.
Why we collect it (legal basis)
- Analytics: your consent. You can withdraw it at any time by clicking "Cookie Settings" in the footer.
- Contact form, booking, and checkout: necessary to fulfill our service agreement with you, or to take steps at your request before entering into one.
- Security and fraud prevention: our legitimate interest in keeping the site and your purchase safe.
Who we share it with
The site uses these third-party services. Each one is a "data processor" acting on our behalf.

Our cookie consent banner is built into this site, not a third-party service. Your consent choice is stored only in your browser's local storage and never transmitted anywhere.
We do not sell or share your personal information for advertising purposes. We do not use it to build profiles about you.
Where your data lives
All of the services above are operated by US-based companies. If you are in the EU, UK, or another region with data transfer restrictions, this means your data is transferred to the United States. We rely on the Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) and, where applicable, the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, to make this transfer lawful.
How long we keep it
- Analytics data: two months, the GA4 default minimum.
- Contact form submissions: two years from your last message, then deleted.
- Customer records (paid engagements): seven years, for tax and audit purposes.
- Cookie consent record: twelve months, then we re-prompt.
Your rights
Regardless of where you live, you can ask us to:
- Tell you what we have on file about you.
- Correct anything that is wrong.
- Delete it, unless we are legally required to keep it (tax records are the main exception).
- Export it in a portable format.
- Stop sending you anything we still send.
Send the request to jerusha@getfunnelcaked.com and we will respond within thirty days. There is no charge.
If you are in the EU or UK, you also have the right to complain to your national data protection authority. If you are in California, you have the rights granted by the CCPA, including the right to opt out of "sale" or "sharing" of personal information (we do neither, but you can confirm by emailing us). We honor the Global Privacy Control browser signal as a valid opt-out request.
Cookies
The site uses cookies only with your consent. Three categories:
- Strictly necessary (always on, no consent required): the consent banner needs a small cookie to remember your choice. Stripe sets a cookie during checkout to prevent fraud.
- Analytics (off by default): Google Analytics
sets cookies (
_ga,_ga_*) to count unique visitors and sessions. Only loads after you accept. - Advertising: we do not use any. The consent banner will offer the choice anyway, since standards require it, but nothing fires either way.

Changes to this policy
If we change anything material, we will bump the effective date at the top and, where the change affects what we collect, prompt you to re-consent at your next visit. The current version is always at this URL.
